There would be no filial link between the recipient and the donor; and being an anonymous and voluntary act, the identity of the donor is not revealed
The donation process lasts approximately 12 months only.
Not being accepted into the program is not synonymous with infertility.

The sole purpose of sperm donation is to be able to help patients in reproductive treatments.

To enter the program, it is necessary to go through a selection process, which consists of interviews, sample analysis and different medical exams.
The basic requirements are: Be between 18 and 35 years old.
Go voluntarily and be aware of the act of donation.
Satisfactorily complete the interview and selection process.
This is determined by a laboratory test called a spermogram where volume, concentration, mobility, vitality and morphology are analyzed.
Long periods of abstinence can negatively affect seminal quality.
If you are of childbearing age, have good physical and mental health, and are of optimal semen quality, you may be a donor candidate.
